Santa Fe Engagement Shoot

Although it’s been almost 2 months since this trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico to take engagement photos for Adam & Alice we thought we would post a couple shots from the session here! Throughout the winter we’ll most likely be playing catch up with the 2007 season here on the blog since we got a late start on the blogging world!! We had a great time getting to know Adam & Alice down in Santa Fe and really enjoyed seeing more of the city and the culture there!santa fe 1santa fe 2santa fe 3

Big Horn Sheep in Estes Park, Colorado

Greetings from Estes!! Daniel and I are taking a break and enjoying the beauty of the Colorado Rockies this week. Estes is known for it’s amazing vistas and wildlife!! On the way up the canyon Daniel snagged a few pics of the local wildlife so we thought we would put them up for you here. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!! Don’t let the countdown to Christmas get too crazy!big horn 1big horn 2big horn 3big horn 4big horn 5Estes View

Photos of us from Fletch Photography taken downtown Ft. Collins!

We thought it might be fun to post some photos of us taken by our good friend and amazing photographer, Josh Fletcher.
This summer we had the opportunity to catch up with Josh while he was back in Colorado for a visit and he was kind enough to take some shots of the two of us. (It’s funny how being a photographer often means no photographs of yourself!!) Josh is a very talented photographer and we consider ourselves blessed to call him a friend and colleague! Coyote hunting a mouse on 17 acre property in the foothills above Fort Collins, Colorado.

A coyote hunts a mouse right outside our VERGE photography studio in the foothills above Fort Collins, Colorado. It’s not unusual to see Coyotes, bears and deer here on our 17 acre property. Part of the reason that we love to live here in the foothills outside of Fort Collins.

Wedding at the Red Rocks

If you have never been to the Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre it is worth the visit! I guess it is the only naturally occurring amphitheatre in the world and of course there have been thousands of concerts there over the years. It is really unique and a great place to capture some of the red rocks that helped give Colorado its name. So, we were there to shoot a wedding last weekend and thought you might want to see a couple of photos from the evening!kira red rockskira & mark insidekira & mark dusk at redrocksguys on stage
